Trump Hollywood Amenity Deck Renovation – September Project Update
Update as of September 17, 2026:
West Construction has officially commenced major demolition activities at the Trump Hollywood Amenity Deck Renovation. Current work includes tile and marble removal, topping slab demolition, deck preparation, and removal of the existing trellis structures.
Concurrent with demolition, our landscape team has been actively removing existing trees, greenery, soil, and vegetation from the amenity deck to prepare the area for the next phases of construction.
Beginning September 21, 2026, the parking garage area below the active construction zone will be closed to allow our team to begin plumbing and electrical rough-ins. Waterproofing preparation will also commence on September 21 as we continue transitioning from demolition into the next stages of the project.

The project will include upgrades to the pool deck, common areas, architectural finishes, lighting, and various exterior amenity components designed to create a refreshed and elevated coastal atmosphere. Construction activities will progress in carefully coordinated phases to minimize impacts to residents and daily operations whenever possible.
